How many programs, products and services are you promoting? How many sales have you made? How large is your prospect list? Do you run out of time when promoting your site(s)?
If you have not made any money or very little money, you need to drop all but one program and spend your time, money and energy promoting that one program until you are profitable.
Once you get profitable in one program, you can branch out to other programs and you will find that success for the all programs after the first is virtually guaranteed. Why? Because you will have a system, you will know what to do and what works and what does not. You will have a loyal downline that you are helping and you will be able to acquire new clients easier because you will have firm data on what they should do and where they should spend their money and time.
Not everyone can be the best or make the most money. Don’t compare yourself to the top person in your company or program and start working toward a realistic goal and income. You can make it and I can guarantee that if you keep working, keep advertising and keep moving forward.
Focus on one project and get that one project profitable. Delete all emails on other programs, stop being tempted by the latest and greatest of anything and get your one program profitable.
You have to advertise your business and that is the bottom line. Using free advertising is like watching the movie “Custer’s Last Stand” and thinking he is going to win. You’re going to waste your time and be disappointed with the results in the end. How much time do you spend surfing for free advertising each month? How many sites do you surf to get credits so you can advertise for free? Too many people spend too much time looking for free advertising instead of working on making sales and working with their clients.
Whether you’re starting an online business or you’ve been building a business for months or years, you must realize that free is not going to get it done. You have to spend money to make money and this is just as true online as it has been offline for hundreds of years.
You know the saying that if you built a better mousetrap, the world will beat a path to your door? That is totally wrong, because if you built a better mousetrap and did not tell anyone about it, you’ll just have one great mousetrap to use for yourself!
If you’re going to make it, you have to stop putting off your advertising and start making things happen. You cannot will things to happen, you cannot wish things to happen, and you cannot expect things to happen unless you advertise.
Stick with the one project, get it profitable and then and only then will it be time to move on to other projects.
